Legal Affairs Committee - The Legal Affairs Committee sets the strategy for FEDMA's lobbying activities on EU issues such as co-regulation, data protection, consumer policy, commercial communications, distance selling, e-commerce, contractual law, jurisdiction, TV Without Frontiers, and self-regulatory codes.

Postal Affairs Committee - The Postal Affairs Committee covers all aspects of postal services; the Postal Directives, quality of service, REIMS (terminal dues), relations with the UPU, standardisation, VAT on post, environmental taxes and recycling.

Environment Committee - Set up to help promote the environmentally friendly nature of direct mail and give national DMAs advice on how to do the same.
