FEDMA Membership Policy

To join FEDMA your company must abide by the FEDMA terms and conditions for membership and complete all applicable sections of the application form.
A company/organisation becoming a member of the Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing (FEDMA) is required to:
  • Conduct its direct marketing activities at all times in accordance with FEDMA’s Codes of Conduct, Bylaws and Operational Guidelines and the Articles of the Federation of European Direct Marketing (Statutes)

  • At all times observe the provisions of other codes of practice, relevant to member operations, as approved from time to time by the FEDMA Board

  • Have a record of at least two years satisfactory trading
Membership of FEDMA will be effective once the following has been achieved:
  • A membership fee payment has been made within 30 days of invoice. Acceptable references and financial statements have been received (if requested)
Cancellation Policy
The Board may suspend or expel any member who is found, after a fair hearing, to be in serious breach of these conditions. The Board reserves the right to refuse any application for membership.
Any member wishing to resign must give notice by 30 June of the year preceding their withdrawal by registered mail to the Board. Such members will be liable for their full subscription until expiry of the full financial year following notice of their withdrawal.
Membership of FEDMA is not open to individuals.
If a company ceases to be a member, it must remove all reference to FEDMA from its stationery, promotional literature and website.
